ParisAI Labs SAS ("we", "us", "our") operates the ParisAI Labs platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

• Data you upload or connect (prospect lists, CRM exports, Shopify store data)
• Communications you send us (support requests, feedback)

We automatically collect:

• Usage data (features used, emails processed, login timestamps)
• Technical data (browser type, IP address, device information)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our service
• To process your email campaigns and generate AI-powered content
• To improve our machine learning models (aggregated, anonymized data only)
• To communicate with you about service updates
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Processing & AI

Our AI models process your data to generate lead scores and personalized email content. This processing occurs on AWS infrastructure (EU region) with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not use your individual data to train models shared with other customers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• AWS (infrastructure provider, under DPA)
• Payment processors (for billing)
• Legal authorities (when required by law)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing
• Data portability
