From 1.1% to 4.2% reply rate in 21 days

A growth-stage supplements brand had been running cold outbound on Lemlist for 8 months with a 1.1% reply rate. Switched to ParisAI's pipeline mid-May. Across 6,400 sends to a qualified retailer-buyer list, positive reply rate hit 4.2% by week three. Spam complaint rate 0.04%. Two enterprise retail accounts opened in the same window.

Brand-voice tone matching on a casual / playful target

A Brooklyn-based streetwear brand needed outreach that didn't read corporate. We classified tone from their product copy as casual / playful / Gen-Z and tagged the generation prompts accordingly. Reply rate: 3.8% on a 4,200-prospect indie-retailer list. Notable lift on the open-to-reply conversion (47% of opens replied), suggesting tone matching changed who took the email seriously, not just who opened it.

B2B SaaS for e-commerce · Net new outbound

Cold-domain warmup to 99.4% inbox placement at 5K/day target

A B2B SaaS targeting Shopify merchants needed a brand-new sending domain warmed for 5,000 emails/day to gmail.com and outlook.com mixes. We ran the standard 30-day warmup pattern (see our deliverability post). End-state placement: 99.4% Postmaster inbox rate, 0.06% complaint rate, sustained at target volume.
